The Cannondale Trail is a great bike to get out and get riding mountain trails. We a nice front shock, simple and reliable shifters, and a quality build these bike are a great value.

All Cannondale bikes are unisex however we do have a few women's specific models that have a women's specific seat and more feminine colors. Sizing on the women's bike is the same as the rest.

This is also a great starter bike for your 4th graders and up starting with an XS small, most 4th graders will have room to grow on these bikes. A tall 5th grader and 6th and 7th graders generally fit really well on a Small size.
